Indian Flavoured Meatballs

  1. Drain & rinse the white beans, then slightly mash in a bowl with a potato pilar or hands
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix well
  3. Make balls with hands, golf ball size
  4. Put on skewers with vegetables of choice
  5. Cook on the bbq at medium heat for about 15 minutes turning at least once
  6. Do not overcook or the meatballs will be dry
  7. Serve with mint & yogourt sauce (see cookpad.japan recipe attached)
  8. Enjoy!
