Breast Of Chicken Or Rice Recipe

  1. Blend soup and lowfat milk; reserve 1 1/2 c. of the mix.
  2. Stir together remaining soup mix and rice with half of the onion soup mix.
  3. Pour into ungreased baking dish with cover.
  4. Arrange chicken on rice mix.
  5. Pour reserved soup mix over chicken and sprinkle remaining onion soup on top.
  6. Cover.
  7. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, then uncover and bake 15 min longer.
