Breast Of Chicken Or Rice Recipe
- 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans of lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked reg. rice
- 1 1/2 env. dry Lipton onion soup mix
- 4 or possibly 5 chicken breasts
- Blend soup and lowfat milk; reserve 1 1/2 c. of the mix.
- Stir together remaining soup mix and rice with half of the onion soup mix.
- Pour into ungreased baking dish with cover.
- Arrange chicken on rice mix.
- Pour reserved soup mix over chicken and sprinkle remaining onion soup on top.
- Cover.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, then uncover and bake 15 min longer.
