Herb Baked Fish & Rice Recipe

  1. In cake pan, combine bouillon, rice and seasonings.
  2. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 10 min.
  3. Top with broccoli, 1 c. French fried onions and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place fish fillets diagonally; sprinkle fish lightly with paprika.
  5. Bake, covered, for 20 to 25 min or possibly till fish flakes with fork.
  6. Stir rice; top with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions and bake uncovered 3 min or possibly till onions are golden brown.
  7. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
