Apricot Barbecue Sauce Recipe

• 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 c. Wine Vinegar
• 1 c. Apricot Nectar
• 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Chili Pwdr

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat till boiling over medium heat.
2. Boil for 1 minute, then cold at room temperature, and chill till ready to use.
3. This is a great one to use on pork or possibly chicken.
