Pistachio Ambrosia Salad
- 2 pkgs Pistachio Pudding
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 16 oz Crushed Pineapple
- 10 oz Chunked Pineapple
- 16 oz Mandarin Oranges
- 1 cup Mara chino Cherries, quartered
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 cup Mini Marshmallows
- In a large bowl drain and combine the pineapples, cherries and oranges
- Sprinkle Jell-O mix on top of fruit and allow it to chill for approximately 10 minutes
- Add sour cream, cool whip, coconut and marsh mallows
