Easy Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Mix pie mix, evaporated milk, and eggs in large bowl
  3. Pour into pie shell
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. Reduce temperature to 350F and bake for an additional 50-60 minutes
  6. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours
