Ham Chowder With Sweet Potato Biscuits

  1. Preheat the oven to 450.
  2. For the biscuits, mix all ingredients together to form a soft dough.
  3. Place dough on flour coated surface and roll to coat.
  4. Knead 4 times.
  5. roll to 1/2 inch thick and cut into 2 inch circles.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. meanwhile, combine all chowder ingredients in a nonstick fry pan and heat over medium, about 10 minutes.
  8. Place chowder in serving bowls and serve with biscuits.
