Tahini Sauce (Cusumano)

• 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
• 2 tablespoons tofu mashed
• 2 tablespoons yogurt
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
• 1 x black pepper to taste

1. Mix.
2. Serve with fresh tofu or anything else.
