Smart-Choice Make-Ahead Cheesy Bacon Mini Meatloaves

• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup fat-free milk
• 1-1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
• 3 green onions, sliced
• 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon

1. Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except bacon; mix lightly.
3. Shape into 6 (1-inch-thick) patties; wrap bacon slice around edge of each patty.
4. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag.
5. Seal bag.
6. Freeze up to 3 months.
7. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Unwrap frozen patties; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
8. Bake 40 to 45 min.
9. or until done (160 degrees F).
