How to Make Yeast

• 2 14 quarts siftings (or bran )
• 4 12 liters water
• 12 cup hop
• 12 cup sugar

1. To the siftings or bran, add the water boiled and strained, then throw in the hops and sugar.
2. When cool set it working, and bottle it.
