White Chicken Chili
- 4 whole Chicken Breast, Boiled And Shredded
- 1 whole White Onion, Chopped
- 3 cans (16 Oz. Size) Northern (White) Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (26 Ounce) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can (28 Ounce) Rotel
- 1 package McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
- 10 ounces, fluid Chicken Broth (the Less You Use The Thicker The Chili, The More You Use The Thinner)
- Put all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cook on high for a couple of hours and then switch to low for a couple of hours.
- Or cook all day on low if necessary.
- Toppings (optional) Sour cream Shredded cheese Avocado Tortilla chips or crackers
