Mexican Corn Bread Casserole Recipe

• 1 pkg. corn bread mix
• 2 c. cream style corn
• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1 med. onion
• 2 Jalapenos
• 1 c. grated cheese

1. Mix corn bread by package direction.
2. Add in corn.
3. Brown hamburger meat.
4. Add in onion and peppers; cook till onion is done.
5. Put half of the corn bread mix in a casserole dish.
6. Pour meat mix over it and add in cheese.
7. Top with the rest of the corn bread mix.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
