Piri-Piri Sauce

• 4 oz Bourbon
• 1 cup Olive oil
• 1/3 cup Cider vinegar
• 6 each Red chili peppers
• 1/2 each Lemon
• 3 clove Garlic
• 1 tsp Sea Salt

1. Mixed all together and let it sit for two weeks in a jar.
