Seared Sausage Pepper Jack Sandwich
- 2 OSCAR MAYER Smokies Smoked Sausage
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 thick red onion slices
- 2 French bread rolls, partially split
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
- 2 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices, cut in half
- Cut each Smokie lengthwise in half, being careful to not cut through to opposite side.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions and Smokies, cut sides down; cook 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or until Smokies are heated through.
- Spread cut sides of rolls with mustard; fill with cheese and Smokies.
- Top with onions.
