White Castle Hamburger Sliders

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place first three ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well by hand.
  3. Press meat mixture firmly into a 10x14 jelly roll pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven and let it cool.
  6. Don't turn off your oven.
  7. Cut meat into bun sized squares.
  8. Place a square of meat in each bun and top with a pickle.
  9. Place the buns back onto the greasy pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake 5 more minutes.
  10. I use very lean g.beef.
  11. You may need to drain some of the grease.
  12. Remove from oven add *cheese slices if desired.
  13. Keep sliders covered until ready to serve.
