Chinese Style Sauce

  1. Heat chicken stock to boiling; add mushrooms, water chestnuts and scallions.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook, uncovered, until liquid is almost evaporated, about 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
