Spaghetti Sauce

  2. In a large pot put in the oil onion and garlic.
  3. Cook until tender.

  5. Add all of the cans of tomatoes and vinegar.
  6. Stir.
  7. Add all seasonings and stir.

  9. Fill one of the large cans with hot water and dissolve the bouillon.
  10. Pour into the pot.
  11. Add one more can of water.
  12. 4.
  13. Simmer for 40 minutes.
  14. Add green bell peppers, mushrooms, and simmer an additional 20 minutes.
