Merry Spritz Cookies

• 1 each baking bar, vanilla
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 each eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
• 1 package mint-chocolate morsels

1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
2. In small saucepan over low heat, melt baking bar; set aside.
3. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar and salt until creamy.
4. Blend in egg and vanilla extract.
5. Blend in melted baking bar.
6. Gradually beat in flour.
7. Place dough in cookie press fitted with desired plate.
8. Press dough onto ungreased cookie sheets; decorate with morsels.
9. Bake 7 to 9 minutes until set.
10. Let stand 1 minute.
11. Remove from cookie sheets; cool completely.
