Easy Cherry Breeze
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla ( I use extra)
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- Melt butter.
- Stir in corn flake crumbs.
- Pat into a 8 X 8 inch pan.
- Chill.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
- Pour over corn flake mixture.
- Chill.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Keep refrigerated until serving.
