Chicken Breast and Mizuna Green Salad with Umeboshi, Mayonnaise, and Wasabi

  1. Boil the chicken breast.
  2. I recommend "Moist Boiled Chicken".
  3. Cut the mizuna greens and tomato into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Slice the onion (and soak in water).
  5. Finely chop the umeboshi pickled plum.
  6. Mix the ingredients to prepare the dressing.
  7. Serve the well drained vegetables on a plate, place on the shredded chicken, and pour the umeboshi mayonnaise wasabi dressing on top, then you're done.
