Herbed Shrimp Recipe

  1. Shell and devein shrimp.
  2. Heat butter in large fry pan.
  3. Saute/fry mushrooms, tomatoes and celery in butter for 3 min.
  4. Push vegetables to one side.
  5. Add in shrimp and sprinkle with combined seasonings.
  6. Saute/fry shrimp, stirring for 2 min.
  7. Add in lemon juice.
  8. Combine shrimp and vegetables.
  9. Cover and simmer for 5 min.
  10. Transfer to chafing dish.
  11. Flame with brandy.
  12. Serve over rice.
  13. 4 servings.
