Fusilli (Pasta) Beef Skillet
- 6 ounces (175g) of fusilli pasta
- 1 pound (455g) of ground beef sirloin
- 2 cups of tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- Cook pasta per package directions and drain.
- Cook beef in skillet over medium/high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
- Add pasta sauce, pepper and hot sauce, cook 2 minutes while stirring.
- Add pasta, cook 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add cheese and cook 1 more minute until cheese melts
- Note: Add green olives with pimento if you like.
