Creamed Spinach Casserole
- 2 bags (284g each) fresh spinach leaves, washed, dried
- 3/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 3/4 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Empty spinach into a large colander.
- Pour boiling water over the spinach until wilted.
- Squeeze the spinach to remove excess moisture; place on cutting board and coarsely chop.
- Place remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
- Stir in spinach.
- Spoon into greased 1-quart (1L) baking dish.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until heated through.
