Creamed Spinach Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Empty spinach into a large colander.
  3. Pour boiling water over the spinach until wilted.
  4. Squeeze the spinach to remove excess moisture; place on cutting board and coarsely chop.
  5. Place remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
  6. Stir in spinach.
  7. Spoon into greased 1-quart (1L) baking dish.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  9. or until heated through.
