Diabetes-friendly Chili con Carne

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef.
  2. Drain and discard fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 45 mins or until vegetables are tender.
