Blueberry cheesecake

• 125 grams cracker
• 100 grams margarine
• 250 grams light cream cheese
• 250 grams neufcatel cheese
• 2 eggs
• 125 grams refined sugar
• 150 ml heavy cream
• 50 grams flour
• 100 grams blueberry jam

1. Crush the cracker mixed with margarine
2. mixer all the ingredients except the ingredients step one
3. Pour batter step 1 and than step 2
4. Than bake in the oven at a temperature 190 celcius for 45 minute
