Creamy Dijon Hollandaise Sauce

  1. Place egg product, lemon juice, mustard and pepper in blender container; cover.
  2. Blend on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add butter in fine steady stream through top feed tube of blender, with blender still running.
  4. Continue blending until ingredients are well blended.
  5. Serve warm.
