Creamy Dijon Hollandaise Sauce
- 1-1/3 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/2 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 cups hot melted butter or margarine
- Place egg product, lemon juice, mustard and pepper in blender container; cover.
- Blend on medium speed until well blended.
- Add butter in fine steady stream through top feed tube of blender, with blender still running.
- Continue blending until ingredients are well blended.
- Serve warm.
