Gnocchi and Sausage Supper

  1. Cook Gnocchi as described on package; save 1/2 cup of pasta water for later.
  2. Add olive oil to hot pan; add onions and cook until softened.
  3. Add sausage with casings removed.
  4. Break up with a fork and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Add spinach and garlic.
  6. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  7. Add cooked gnocchi, 1/2 cup pasta water and cheese.
  8. Heat until cheese melts.
  9. Enjoy!
