Farmhouse Recipe - Carrots in Vinegar and Soy Sauce
- 100 grams Carrot
- 4 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mirin
- Cut carrots into 4 cm long pieces, then slice into 7 mm wide rectangles, and boil until tender.
- Remove from the heat when the pot of carrots comes to the boil, then while still hot, toss with the well blended mixture A, chill and serve.
