Spaghetti Sauce To Freeze Recipe

  1. In a 12 qt Dutch oven, place onions and garlic buds in 1/2 c. oil.
  2. Cook over medium heat till tender.
  3. Add in tomatoes and other ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat; partially cover and simmer for 2 hrs.
  5. Cold.
  6. Makes 10 pints.
  7. Freeze.
