Herbed-Sweet Pea Crostini
- 1-1/2 baguettes whole wheat baguettes (400 g each), each cut into 48 slices
- 3 each garlic cloves
- 1-1/2 cups Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 3/4 cup fresh mint, packed
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 4-1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- Rub both sides of bread slices with garlic cloves; place in single layers in sheet pans.
- Bake in 400 degrees F standard oven 7 to 10 min.
- or until crisp and golden brown, turning after 4 min.
- Pulse cream cheese product, Parmesan, dressing, mint and minced garlic in food processor until smooth.
- Add peas; pulse just until crushed.
- (Mixture will not be smooth.)
- For each serving: Spread each of 3 crostini slices with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) pea mixture just before serving.
