Boneless Chicken Breast Recipe
- Chipped beef slices
- Bacon
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 sm. container lowfat sour cream
- Place chipped beef slices on bottom of baking dish.
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each chicken breast and place chicken over beef slices.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream then pour over chicken.
- Bake for 3 hrs in a 275 degree oven, covered for the first hour and uncovered for the last 2 hrs.
- Serve with wild rice.
