Boneless Chicken Breast Recipe

  1. Place chipped beef slices on bottom of baking dish.
  2. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each chicken breast and place chicken over beef slices.
  3. Mix cream of mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream then pour over chicken.
  4. Bake for 3 hrs in a 275 degree oven, covered for the first hour and uncovered for the last 2 hrs.
  5. Serve with wild rice.
