Deep Fry Fish Batter Recipe
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (I do not use this much)
- Fish fillets, thawed (flounder or possibly perch)
- Great for shrimp also.
- Combine first 6 ingredients, beat till smooth.
- Dip fish in batter.
- Fry in deep fat till golden, turning once.
- If other types of fish are used, omit the salt.
