Bisquick Mix Iii Recipe

• 5 c. Flour
• 2 1/2 Tbsp. Double-acting baking pwdr
• 2 Tbsp. Sugar
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1 c. Shortening

1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Cut in shortening with pastry blender till it resembles crumbs.
3. NOTES : Store in airtight container up to six weeks at room temperature, or possibly freeze for up to six months.
