Blackforest Mousse

  1. in large bowl beat chocolate with sweetened condensed milk.
  2. beat in water, then pudding mix and 1/2tsp extract.
  3. freeze 5 minute.
  4. fold in whipping cream.
  5. spoon equal portions into 10-12 dessert dishes.
  6. stir remaining 1/4tsp extract into cherry filling.
  7. spoon over desserts, garnish as desired.
  8. refrigerate lefotovers.
