Chickpea & Bean Salad

  1. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper.
  2. Bring to boil and boil 3 minutes.
  3. Add all other ingredients except onion slices and celery; bring back to boil.
  4. Remove from heat add onions and celery; stir.
  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, drain and serve.
