White Sugar Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 c. Crisco oil
• 1 c. butter

1. Cream the above till light and fluffy.
2. Add in: 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 2/3 c. flour 1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 teaspoon salt
3. Sift the dry ingredients and add in to the above mix.
4. Roll in balls, about 1 teaspoonful; place on cookie sheet.
5. Press cookie with bottom of glass pressed in sugar.
