Easy Macaroni And Cheese Recipe
- 2 c. macaroni, cooked as pkg. directs and drain
- 12 slices process American cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut 10 slices cheese into pcs.
- In medium saucepan, heat butter.
- Stir in flour, bouillon and mustard.
- Gradually stir in lowfat milk.
- Cook and stir till bouillon dissolves and mix thickens slightly.
- Stir in macaroni.
- Turn into 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
- Bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till bubbly.
- Top with remaining cheese slices.
- Garnish as desired.
- Chill leftovers.
- Recipe can be doubled.
