Peaches And Cream Cobbler Recipe
- 1 lg. can sliced peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. juice from peaches
- 1 lg. box vanilla pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- Heat butter in 9x13x2 inch pan.
- Combine flour, 3/4 c. sugar, lowfat milk, peach juice, vanilla pudding, vanilla and egg.
- Mix with electric mixer for 2 min.
- Add in this mix to melted butter in pan.
- Drop sliced peaches on top of mix.
- With mixer, cream the cream cheese, add in 1 c. sugar and mix well.
- Drop this mix by Tbsp.
- on top of cobbler.
- Bake 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
