Peaches And Cream Cobbler Recipe

  1. Heat butter in 9x13x2 inch pan.
  2. Combine flour, 3/4 c. sugar, lowfat milk, peach juice, vanilla pudding, vanilla and egg.
  3. Mix with electric mixer for 2 min.
  4. Add in this mix to melted butter in pan.
  5. Drop sliced peaches on top of mix.
  6. With mixer, cream the cream cheese, add in 1 c. sugar and mix well.
  7. Drop this mix by Tbsp.
  8. on top of cobbler.
  9. Bake 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
