Beef Tenderloin Steak Recipe
- Fillet tips
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- Combine butter and Worcestershire Sauce till warm over medium heat.
- Add in mushrooms and onions.
- Saute/fry till tender.
- Flatten steaks with a mallet and spread mustard on each piece.
- Cook in pan to desired doneness.
- Put mushrooms over steak when serving.
- Serves 4.
