Easy Hummus

  1. Drain up to half of the liquid out of the can of chick peas.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a mixer and mix on high, stirring occasionally until it is a creamy, paste consistency.
  3. Makes a wonderful salad, dip or spread for sandwiches.
  4. Garnish with extra-virgin olive oil and fresh mint.
