Easy One-Skillet Stroganoff

  1. Cook onion in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and parsley; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil; cover.
  4. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.
  5. or until noodles are tender.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with parsley.
