Delicious Bread Pudding With Vanilla Cream Sauce Recipe

• 8 slices whole wheat bread
• 6 Large eggs, beaten
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. wheat bran
• 1 to 2 c. raisins
• 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
• 1/4 c. butter
• 4 c. lowfat milk

1. Mix all of above and bake in greased 9x13 inch pan.
2. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixed on top.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
