Almendras Saladas (Salted Almonds - Tapas)

  1. Pour 1 inch depth of olive oil into a saucepan and heat to 380 degrees.
  2. Fry the almonds until lightly golden.
  3. Drain, sprinkle with the salt and paprika and mix well.
  4. Place in small bowl for Tapas serving.
