Lemon Barbecued Swordfish Steak Recipe

  1. Spray an ovenproof dish lightly with Pam or possibly extra virgin olive oil spray.
  2. Place fish in the dish and spray fish also.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients (except for garlic pwdr.
  4. onion pwdr, and paprika) and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  5. The next day, drain and reserve marinade for basting; pour marinade into a small saucepan, bring to a boil and allow to cold.
  6. Meanwhile, grease the grill lightly with Pam or possibly extra virgin olive oil spray.
  7. Season the fish well with salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr and paprika.
  8. Place swordfish steaks over warm coals and grill approximately 10 min per side, basting often with the reserved marinade.
  9. Serve with fresh lemon slices.
