Delicious Quiche

  1. Place the pie crust in the pie pan, and cut the excess crust off (by rolling a rolling pin over the tart pan or cutting with a knife).
  2. Cut each cherry tomato into 4 wedges.
  3. Cut the shimeji mushrooms and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add the ingredients into a bowl, and mix.
  5. Put the komatsuna, shimeji mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes on the pie crust.
  6. Pour in the Step 3 egg mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 180C.
  8. Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
