Saucy Guajillo Cheeseburgers
- 1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 5 guajillo chiles, stemmed, seeded and soaked
- 2 Tbsp. water (reserved from drained soaked chiles)
- 2 cloves garlic, divided
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 8 KRAFT Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 8 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Blend steak sauce, chiles, water and 1 garlic clove in blender until smooth.
- Strain; set aside.
- Chop remaining garlic.
- Add to meat and onions in large bowl; mix lightly.
- Shape into 8 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill, covered, 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
- Top with Singles.
- Grill 1 min.
- or until Singles begin to melt.
- Spread bottom halves of buns with mayo; fill with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and sauce mixture.
