Macaroni-Beef Skillet Supper

  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling water according to package directions.
  2. Drain and set
  3. aside.
  4. Saute
  5. the meat, onion and garlic in oil until the
  6. meat
  7. loses
  8. its
  9. pink
  10. color and the onions are tender.
  11. Add
  12. salt,
  13. pepper,
  14. tomato sauce, catsup, mushrooms, Worcestershire
  15. sauce and Italian seasoning.
  16. Bring mixture to a boil and
  17. then simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Mix in the cooked
  18. macaroni and simmer 5 more minutes.
  19. Yields 8 servings.
  20. Contains 270 calories per serving.
