Berried Treasure Pie Recipe

• 8 ounce cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
• 1 x graham cracker pie crust
• 1 sm packag lemon instant pudding mix
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. halved fresh strawberries
• 1 env Dream Whip, whipped

1. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 Tbsp.
2. lowfat milk in bowl till smooth.
3. Spread in bottom of piecrust.
4. Arrange strawberries on cream cheese mix.
5. Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package.
6. Prepare pudding mix with one c. lowfat milk; mix in one c. whipped cream.
7. Spoon into piecrust and refrigeratetill set(about 2 hrs).
8. Garnish with rest of whipped cream and add in more strawberries, if you like.
