Rainbow Crispy Treats
- 6 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, divided
- 1 pkg. (400 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallows, divided
- 3 Tbsp. each (1/2 of 85-g pkg.) Jell-O Raspberry Jelly Powder, Orange Jelly Powder and Berry Blue Jelly Powder
- 9 cups crisp rice cereal, divided
- Microwave 2 Tbsp.
- margarine and 2-1/2 cups marshmalllows in medium microwaveable bowl sprayed with cooking spray on HIGH 2 min.
- or until margarine and marshmallows are melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
- Add raspberry jelly powder; mix well.
- Stir in 3 cups cereal; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients to make orange layer, then blue layer, pressing layers together gently to secure.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until firm before cutting into squares.
