Bakery Style Cocoa Chocolate Chip Cookies (Nutella)
- 2 12 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 melted sticks butter
- 1 14 cups light brown sugar
- 14 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 14 cup milk
- 12 cup nutella
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- Preheat Oven: 360
- Mix Wet ingredients first, in order of list above.
- Hand wisk wet ingredients and slowly add 'mixed' dry ingredients.
- Lastly, add 2 cups choc chips.
- Makes 2 dozen medium size cookies or 18 Bakery size cookies.
- Bake: 9-11 minutes depending on the size of cookie.
